Harmony Students are striving to achieve higher scores on college entrance exams. As teachers and administrators, we have been offering PSAT/SAT camps, we will also offer SAT Tutorials on Saturdays during 2010-2011 academic year.

In order for us to check the level of students on SAT test, there will be a SAT MOCK test on Thursday, September 9 for high school students and the students are nominated for DUKE TIP program.

The test will start at 8:40am and will end at 12pm.

HSA has arranged PSAT/SAT Camp from Sep. 24 thru 26 in Willis, TX.

We have limited space. This camp is only for students who are interested in studying and getting ready for PSAT/SAT test.

The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) is a program cosponsored by the College Board and National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC).

The official PSAT test will be on October 13th on Wednesday right after zero period. The test will take 2 hours and 45 minutes. We encourage all of our high school students take the test.

Please sign up for the test at the front office by Tuesday, October 1, 2010. Testing fee is $15.00. If you are eligible for free or reduced lunch, the fee waiver is available for only 10th and 11th graders.

Nancy Beaulieu, City Councilmember, visited Harmony Science Academy Beaumont on 1/15/2010 Friday to learn more about and tour the school. She observed some of the classes and was very interested in the Robotics program. She enjoyed visiting the school.
